Terms and Conditions

Before purchasing and using add-ons provided by Indosimworld (referred to as “we” or “us”), you, the end user (referred to as “you”) must agree to and accept the following terms and conditions. By purchasing and using our add-ons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not proceed with the purchase of our products/add-ons.

In addition to these terms and conditions, your use of the add-ons is also subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy, both of which are an integral part of your agreement with Indosimworld. Please review the EULA and Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website at https://www.indosimworld.com/eula and https://www.indosimworld.com/privacy-policy respectively and only then proceed for any purchase.

1. Personal Use Only

You should use the Indosimworld addons solely for personal entertainment and enjoyment within the Train Simulator game. Commercial use, distribution, or resale of our add-ons is strictly prohibited. The Indosimworld addons are intended for only personal use and enjoyment within the context of the Train Simulator classic game.

• Sharing, distributing add-ons or otherwise providing access to the add-on files or any parts of them, whether for free or for sale, to any third party is strictly prohibited. Our add-ons are for personal use only and should not be shared, resold, or distributed in any manner.
• Sharing your account credentials to others or sharing the add-on files to others is strictly prohibited.
• You should not use any Indosimworld add-ons for any commercial or profit-oriented purposes, including  selling, renting, or licensing the add-ons, or using them in any way that generates income for you or any third party.

2. Not to be used for Third-Party add-ons

You should not use any add-ons, parts, components, textures, models of the Indosimworld add-ons to create, modify, or contribute to any third-party routes, addons or other derivative works. This also includes  any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Indosimworld add-ons for the purpose of creating third-party routes or add-ons created by third party creators. The scenery assets of the Indosimworld route add-ons should not be added to other routes made by third party creators. The scenery assets strictly belong to the route add-ons provided by Indosimworld only.

3. Intellectual Property

All Indosimworld add-ons are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Indosimworld retains all rights, title, and interest in our add-ons. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the add-ons in accordance with these terms.

4. System Performance and User Responsibility

Indosimworld will not be responsible for any performance-related issues resulting from the installation or use of our add-ons. The performance of add-ons in your computer may vary depending on your hardware, software, and configuration. You agree to purchase and use our add-ons at your own risk, and Indosimworld shall not be held liable for any adverse effects on your system/game performance. You are also responsible for verifying compatibility of add-ons with your version of the game and your computer.

5. Uploading content on social media

We encourage our users to share videos featuring our  add-ons on social media platforms. We appreciate your support and enthusiasm for our products. While you are free to upload videos showcasing the add-ons, we kindly request that you provide appropriate credits to Indosimworld in the video descriptions or comments. Giving credits helps others discover and enjoy our addons and encourages further development. But you are not suppose to upload videos or images using our scenery assets in other third party routes or works. Also uploading controversial or misleading videos using our add-ons is strictly prohibited.

 6. No Refund Policy

As our add-ons are digital products, all sales of Indosimworld add-ons are final. Indosimworld does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including user dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, or accidental purchases. Please make sure to review all product details and compatibility requirements before making any purchase.

7. Violation of Terms and Conditions

Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of your access to our add-ons and may lead to legal action by Indosimworld to protect its rights.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Indosimworld reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any modifications. By continuing to use the train route add-ons provided by Indosimworld after changes to the terms and conditions have been posted, you signify your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should discontinue the use of our add-ons.
