This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

2. RESTRICTIONS:
   You should not:
–  Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
–  Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
–  Share or distribute your account credentials to others or allow multiple individuals to use the Software with a single license.
–  Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.
–  Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
–  Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.

3. PRIVACY POLICY:
By using the website, its services along with App software, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and practices described in our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://indosimworld.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 4. COPYRIGHT:

The clientapp is provided “as-is” and without any warranty. Indosimworld makes no representations or warranties regarding the software’s fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or performance. Your use of the Website and clientapp software is entirely at your own risk, and Indosimworld shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages arising from such use. Indosimworld does not warrant that the website, its services and clientapp will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the extent permitted by law, Indosimworld shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, technical issues or errors including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Software. We are not responsible in any way.

7. SUPPORT AND UPDATES:
Indosimworld may, at its sole discretion, provide updates and support for the Website and its client App software. The terms of such updates and support, if provided, may be subject to a separate agreement

8. TERMINATION:

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Indosimworld. You may terminate this EULA at any time by discontinuing the use of the Software. Indosimworld may terminate your account and this EULA if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. GOVERNING LAW:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the authorized courts

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Indosimworld regarding the Software and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings..By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
